Book(s) of the Month of November

I must admit, I was never really a big reader until the last couple of years.

When I was younger, I always wanted to be a reader, but I was never convinced about the whole concept of reading. I honestly thought reading was just about cramming my brain with information, but luckily I discovered that that's not always the case.

Now I've become that person who grabs a book to relax. It silences my brain and allows me to detach from anything else that is going on in life.

What fascinates me the most about reading is that through words, we get transported into the perspective of characters different from ourselves. It allows us to step outside of ourselves and helps us break down preconceived notions we might have about people, things, or places.

Although the year is about to end, I have decided to create a low-key book club so that we can all encourage each other to carve out time for reading. I want to make it as simple and as straightforward as possible, so the only rule is to

  1. read.

Since we all are at different stages when it comes to reading, I've decided that we will start off smoothly with one of Gen Z's favorite authors, Colleen Hoover.

NB! You have two options!

If you have read It Ends With Us, then read It Starts With Us.

If you have not read that book, then start with It Ends With Us (and I am sure you will be happy there is a sequel once you end that book)

Let's get reading!
