Nora’s Guide to Vintage Shopping in Milan

One of my favorites things about living in Milan is my weekends spent in the city. I am a vintage-lover, and would say Milan has some of the best vintage shops out there.

I love to find unique pieces that makes my wardrobe stand out. I am usually not looking for any specific fashion brands, but rather statement pieces with good quality and an even better history behind.

I know of a lot of vintage stores in Milan, but there are a few listed down below that I always return to:

Urzi Vintage – Consist of two small shops in Brera, one is owned by the father and the other one by the daughter. The Urzi stores are located next to each other, and I recommend checking both of them. I have purchased most of my jackets here, and return every week to see the new pieces.

Cloister – Is a charming vintage store with unique interior design. The store is full of plants and charming leather furniture. The store sells great pieces in optimal condition. Cloister also has small notebooks, perfumes, and cool accessories like belts.

Bivio Milano – Bivio has a great selection of fashion vintage clothing. I would say in particular for blouses, suit jackets and shoes. Here you can find brands such as Versace, Prada, Etro and Gucci for an amazing price. It is a wide selection which makes it impossible for me to return home without shopping bags.

East Market – Probably the largest selection of vintage pieces you will find in Milan. The place has anything from luxury-clothing, to vinyl records, to teacups and food-trucks. It is an ideal Sunday activity!
